Aluminum honeycomb is a structure with minimal usage of material while achieving high strength and light weight at the same time as well as durability. WDF aluminum honeycomb core is made of high-grade aluminum foil in alloy 3003 and alloy 5052.
WDf aluminum honeycomb core had sharp and clear hexagonal shapes. Aluminum honeycomb cores can be bonded to a variety of surface materials like aluminum, steel, fiberglass, etc. to form lightweight sandwich panels.

Our aluminum honeycomb is adhesive-bonded of the aluminum foil, which produces one of the highest strength and the highest
